Biography

Prof. Kirti Shivaji Bothe brings a balanced blend of practical knowledge and academic excellence to the learning environment. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Management (MCM) and a Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc.), and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Management. Her research interests include emerging technologies in education, organizational development, and innovation in teaching methodologies. 

Prof. Kirti Bothe is a dedicated faculty member at Sri Balaji Society’s Balaji College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Pune, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the academic She has presented and published several research papers in reputed national and international journals, and has also been granted a patent, reflecting her commitment to innovation and meaningful contribution to the academic and research community. Her unique combination of academic knowledge, industrial exposure, and research expertise helps bridge the gap between theory and practical application, inspiring students to think critically and creatively.
