Biography

Prof. Neha Shrivastav is a dynamic academician with a rich blend of technical and managerial qualifications. She holds an MBA with dual specialisations in Finance and Human Resource Management from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), Indore, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication. Currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Management, she is also a qualified MH-SET holder, reflecting her academic excellence.  

Prof. Shrivastav is a dedicated faculty member at Sri Balaji Society’s Balaji College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Pune, bringing with her over a decade of experience in the academic domains of Finance, HR, Research, and General Management. Her teaching journey spans across reputed institutes in Mumbai and Pune, where she has contributed significantly in roles such as visiting faculty, guest lecturer, external examiner, and paper setter. 

A passionate researcher, she has presented numerous papers at both national and international conferences, and her scholarly contributions have been published in renowned journals, including those listed under UGC-CARE, ABDC, and SCOPUS indices. In addition to journal publications, she has authored several book chapters and has also co-authored textbooks on Business Management, Financial Management, and Principles of HRM.  Prof. Shrivastav’s career is marked by a consistent commitment to academic excellence, research innovation, and the holistic development of students through her multifaceted expertise.
