Biography

I am Sonali Raghunath Bhor, Assistant Professor in the B.B.A. and B.Com. Department, with over 10 years of teaching experience in Commerce and Management. I hold an M.B.A. in Finance, an M.Com. In Advanced Accounting, and have qualified for the Maharashtra State Eligibility Test (MAH-SET). I am currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Commerce and Management. I got ‘B’ Cert and ‘C’ Cert of N.C.C. (57th Maharashtrian Girls Battalions, Aurangabad).

My teaching expertise includes subjects such as Accounting, Finance, Marketing and Management. Since 2019, I have been associated with Balaji College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Pune, where I actively contribute to curriculum development, research guidance, examination supervision, and academic event organisation. 

I have authored books, published several research papers in reputed UGC-CARE-listed journals, and presented at various national and international conferences. I regularly participate in Faculty Development Programs, workshops, and conferences to keep my knowledge and teaching methods up to date. Along with academics, I believe in holistic student development and actively engage in extracurricular, cultural, and social initiatives. My goal as an educator is to inspire students, encourage critical thinking, and prepare them for academic as well as professional success.
